No Returns on Opened Products
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken or the product is opened.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
